This is the continuation of Using Survey template in SharePoint – Part I, in this article we will discuss about how to manage and to illustrate graphical summary for the surveys. Managing Survey in Sharepoint 2010
1. Open the Survey created in the Previous Article and click on settings to manage questions for the survey.
2. We can add, modify, delete Questions.
We can also change the order of questions, and can change the type of questions as well.
3. After users responding the survey, click on show a graphical summary of responses, to view the survey’s response graphically.
We can view Graphical illustration of other users when logged in as Administrator or Higher authority persons.
